Property Description
Built in 2007 chalet is half of a two-under-one-roof cottage and is spread over a ground floor and first floor. The chalet has six berths.
The garden and balcony are oriented to the south and therefore have almost all day sun. The garden has a (heated) terrace with fireplace, which can be enjoyed until the wee hours of the area!
The property is supervised by the Dutch caretaker French Knot. French lives with his family in Kotschach-Mauthen. He provides for us the key issue and intake. Tax declaration and recording electricity meter. The most valuable is French for our guests. He knows the area, restaurants, attractions and where needed doctors.
