The property has 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms and a separate guest toilet. You will find many small luxury items such. For example: heated showers.
The master bedroom has hand-painted pottery. All furnishing elements are of the highest standard and we have spared no effort to ensure that you will feel comfortable here.
The property is located on the first floor and is accessed by a lift. Level access except 2 steps in the apartment
You will be warmly welcomed by us or one of our hosts! The “Alpine Host Helpers” are always available for your questions and requests to ensure you a memorable stay

Our prices do not include tourist tax – which is € 2.50 per person per night. This will be collected on arrival by us and forwarded to you for the tourism association. You will receive a guest card that includes many attractive discounts for you.
We offer a washing machine and a dryer – the use is included once a week. For further use there is a small fee
We have bicycles that you are welcome to use.

This apartment is conveniently located in the center of Kirchberg in the heart of the Kitzbühel Alps, home of the famous Hahnenkamm ski race, where you are surrounded by breathtaking scenery.
In summer you are close to all hiking and biking trails and in winter you are just a short walk from all the ski lifts, the ski school and the ski bus route. The train station is only an 8-minute walk away. Kitzbühel is 5 minutes away by train and taxis are easily accessible.
You have all the restaurants and shops on your doorstep
Or you may never want to leave the studio as it offers all the amenities.
Since everything is within walking distance, you do not need to use your car.
