This property can accommodate 4 – 6 people. It has 2 en-suite bathrooms and a large sofa bed in the living room. The entire property was equipped with an upscale standard. Enjoy the open fireplace in winter or the large terrace with beautiful views in summer.
We offer a gourmet style kitchen with all amenities and a large dining and living area. All entertainment and shopping possibilities are within a short walking distance. This accommodation is perfect for your summer and winter holidays in the middle of the home of the famous Hahnenkamm ski race.
This architecturally sophisticated building is located in the center of Kirchberg in the heart of the Kitzbühel Alps, close to all shops and restaurants. With stunning views of the surrounding mountains you will never want to leave here!
The hosts are art collectors and the upscale estate has been tastefully decorated with their favorite tricks.
We have for you in the private office area an iMAC computer with high-speed Internet you like to use.
Enjoy your nights in the comfortable bed with spring mattress.
The apartment is located on the 2nd Floor and is accessible by a modern elevator.

Our prices do not include tourist tax – which is € 2.50 per person per night. This will be collected on arrival by us and forwarded to you for the tourism association. You will receive a guest card that includes many attractive discounts for you.
We have a washing machine and a dryer in the garage, which you can use once a week for free. Alternatively, they can be rented for a fee of € 5 per use.
The garage has a ski boot dryer and plenty of storage space for your winter gear.
We have bicycles that you are welcome to use.
Of course, we also provide you with an info brochure for the region, where you can find all activities for the summer and winter.
The property is located in the heart of Kirchberg in Tirol. Enjoy the panoramic views of the surrounding valleys and mountains and relax in your luxurious vacation home.
All shops and restaurants, as well as public transport is nearby.
With various hiking and biking trails on the doorstep, and a swimming lake nearby will never be bored.
In winter, all ski slopes and ski schools can easily be reached by ski bus.
The ski bus can be reached on foot in 3 minutes. The train station is 8min walk away. The train ride to Kitzbühel takes about 5 minutes. Of course you can also take a taxi.
