This nice mansion (approximately 140m2) in Tyrolean style is located within walking distance of the vibrant town centre of Kirchberg and offers some magnificent views of the Hohe Salve mountain. There’s a lovely, traditionally furnished bay window with a round dining table and underfloor heating. The house also features a large, private terrace. You can park your car in front of the house. The ski bus stop is only 300m away from the house and it takes you to the main gondola of the skiing area within a few minutes. Using the Maierl descent, you can ski all the way back to your accommodation, to around 100m from your front door. The Gaisberg mountain is only 450m away and offers a challenging piste as well as a toboggan run. The centre of Kirchberg is only a five-minute walk away and the beautiful swimming lake of Kirchberg (Badesee) is also within walking distance. Kirchberg is located in the heart of the Kitzbüheler Alps and, together with Kitzbühel, it makes for one of Austria’s most popular skiing areas. The town centre has a number of restaurants, shops and of course après ski options. Kirchberg is an ideal holiday destination, both in winter and in summer. The area consists of more than 170 kilometres of pistes, varying from basic to challenging descents. The real sports enthusiasts can even enjoy the pistes in the evenings. The facilities on the Gaisberg mountain offer night skiing and tobogganing. There are plenty of things to do and see near Kirchberg. Go for a walk on one of the many trails or enjoy a nice mountain bike tour. Explore the local mining history in Jochberg and Schwaz, or admire the beautiful Swarowski crystals in Wattens. Finally, nature enthusiasts will love the Hohe Tauern National Park.
