This apartment in Kirchberg is ideally located for the real skiing enthusiast: it’s a stone’s throw away from the Fleckalm gondola. The apartment features a bedroom with a double bed, a separate kitchen with a nice dining table, a living room with a sofa bed and a flat-screen TV (sat) and a bathroom. There’s a large balcony with garden furniture, offering some amazing views of the mountains. Ski basement with ski boot dryer. The Fleckalm gondola takes you to the extensive pistes of the Kitzbühel Alps, which is the second largest skiing area in Europe! When it’s time to go home, you can ski almost entirely to your front door! There are also cross country skiing and hiking trails behind the house and the ski school is around the corner. Just a short walk away is a good restaurant and a nice apres ski bar. There are plenty of things to do nearby this holiday home in Kirchberg during the summer, too. There’s a nice walking/cycling path that runs along the brook at the back of the house, which takes you to the Schwarzsee lake (around 5 minutes by bicycle). Here you can go swimming and sunbathing. There’s a mountain bike park opposite the house, where you can rent mountain bikes as well. You’ll find golf courses, equestrian centres and different outdoor sports organisations in the vicinity.
