Parking garage in the apartment building is included. . The free ski bus (bus stop around the corner) will bring you to the main gondolas of the extensive Kitzbüheler Alps skiing area in a few minutes. You can also ski back to approximately 250 m from the apartment. Cross-country skiing trails start at 350 m from the apartment. A beautiful walking trail to the ‘Schwarzsee’ lake passes by the apartment.
