Open kitchen with all the modern built-in appliances and cooking utensils. There’s also a beautiful bathroom equipped with a washing machine. Private cellar room for storing skis and bicycles. The residential building comes with underground parking. If you decide to book the apartment "Ski-in, Ski-out", you may use the wellness area with swimming pool, sauna and steam cabin at the nearby hotel (for a fee). The apartment’s location is also ideal in the summer months. All you have to do is step outside to start the wonderful hiking and cycling tours. In the summer season, you can rent bikes at the same shop that has skis for rent during the winter. Of course you can also ride the gondola into the extensive Kitzbühel Alps when you visit in the summer.
