Located in the middle of the Baltic Sea, on a narrow headland between the Baltic Sea to the one- and the sailing and marina of the OstseeResort Olpenitz to the other side, this exceptional holiday property is located on the second floor and is easily accessible by elevator.
The self-contained and generously designed apartment is located on the first floor and is easily accessible by elevator.
Lying above things, a spectacular view of the water through floor-to-ceiling window fronts – Hafenkino guaranteed. And while the south-west facing terrace promises wonderful hours of sunshine, the sauna, woodburning stove and underfloor heating offer comfort throughout the year. Also for romance is taken care of, because the OstseeResort promises breathtaking sunsets.
The open-plan living and dining area with its cozy seating area and large dining table invites you to linger in front of a crackling open fire. The panoramic water front offers holiday entertainment in the form of harbor cinema with ships sailing past.
All around is equipped the open kitchen, in the delicious holiday meals can be prepared.
The fully equipped bathroom with floor-level shower ensures maritime spa moments, because in the sauna with a view of the water you can relax deeply.
For additional comfort, a guest toilet.
A private parking space in front of the house and a storage for bicycles in the house are available.
Our favorite spot: enjoy the sun on the terrace and watch the harbor cinema with a drink in your hand … Sea does not work.
