Located in the middle of the Baltic Sea, on a narrow promontory between the Baltic Sea to the one- and the sailboat and marina of the OstseeResort Olpenitz to the other side, is this exceptional holiday property.
The ground floor and generously designed apartment is located on the second floor and is easily accessible by elevator.
Above the things located here offers a spectacular water view through floor to ceiling windows – Hafenkino guaranteed. And while the south-facing terrace right on the water promises sun all day long, the sauna, woodburning stove and underfloor heating provide comfort in every season.
The open-plan living and dining area with its cozy seating area and large dining table invites you to linger in front of a crackling log fire. The panoramic water front offers holiday entertainment with ships sailing past.
All around is equipped the kitchen, in which delicious holiday meals can be prepared.
The fully equipped bathroom with floor-level shower ensures maritime wellness moments, as both from the tub and from the sauna can enjoy the beautiful water views. The bathroom also has access to the large terrace.
For additional comfort, a guest toilet.
A private parking space is located in front of the house and bicycles have an indoor place.
Our favorite place: relax in the bathtub with a sundowner and watch the harbor cinema over the things … holiday feeling!
