This stylish holiday home is located on a narrow headland in the middle of the Baltic Sea, between the Baltic Sea on the one hand and the sailing and marina of the OstseeResort Olpenitz on the other side.
By floor to ceiling windows offers a fantastic water view – Harbor cinema guaranteed. The south-facing terrace right on the water promises sun all day, while the private wellness area with large Finnish sauna and free-standing bathtub with water view provides pure holiday luxury. The green area around the house invites you to play and linger.
And when the Baltic Sea shows your temper, then you can watch the water from the sofa cozy – the crackling fire in the background. The underfloor heating ensures comfort in every season.
