The floating house extends over three levels. Upstairs is the open-plan living and dining area with water view, fully equipped kitchen and adjacent terrace. From here you get to the spectacular roof terrace with views over the sailing and marina, the Schlei and its mouth in the Baltic Sea. Equipped with high-quality garden furniture and electric barbecue, the terraces offer pure holiday feeling and breathtaking sunsets.
