Shortly before the end of the jetty is the floating house Achtern Diek with orientation to the harbor entrance and the Baltic Sea.
The open living dining area is flooded with light on the first floor of the house. A modern lighting concept with dimmable lighting ensures cosiness in every season. The living area is equipped with a flat screen TV. The Telekom Home Entertain program also leaves nothing to be desired when it comes to television. Through the bodied depth of the window you can enjoy the all-round view of the water. From here you can directly access the adjacent protected terrace, which is equipped with high quality garden furniture. Whether breakfast together or sociable barbecue with the Weber electric grill, holiday feeling including harbor cinema is guaranteed in this view.
An external staircase leads to the roof terrace: 30 m² with 360 degree water views over the harbor entrance, the Baltic Sea and the Schlei make this special place the highlight of the floating house. Two benches and two sun loungers invite you to linger. Enjoy the holiday feeling the whole day, with sun over day and sunset in the evening.
The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and allows the preparation of delicious holiday meals. A Nespresso capsule machine leaves nothing to be desired coffee.
The resting area of ??the floating house is on the ground floor. Here, two bedrooms can accommodate four people. The bedrooms are equipped with comfortable box spring beds and flat screen TVs. Wake up and fall asleep in the main bedroom with a view of the water, because the window depth opens up new perspectives. Wake up and enjoy the sea breeze directly – the adjoining surrounding terrace makes it possible. From the terrace you can easily reach the harbor via a swimming ladder. The second bedroom has two single beds, which can be pushed together comfortably.
Wellness moments guaranteed – Also on this level are the bathroom, which opens up new perspectives through a very generous mirror front and the Finnish sauna in bay window solution.
