The floating house extends over three levels. Upstairs is the open-plan living and dining area with water view, fully equipped kitchen and adjacent terrace. From here you get to the spectacular roof terrace with views over the sailing and marina, the Schlei and its mouth in the Baltic Sea. Equipped with high-quality garden furniture and Weber electric grill the terraces offer pure holiday feeling and breathtaking sunsets.
The relaxation area of ??the house is located on the ground floor with two bedrooms, bathroom and sauna. The master bedroom scores with a floor-to-ceiling panoramic window, through which the breathtaking water can be enjoyed and an adjacent surrounding terrace. Both bedrooms have flat screen TVs with home entertainment program. An additional sleeping space is on the comfortable sofa bed in the living area of ??the house.
Of course, when taking a sauna or brushing your teeth, you will also see the sea and swans swimming by.
If you want to travel by boat, this is the place for you. Directly at the house is a private mooring with shore power and water.
