In the far north, this floating holiday home in the OstseeResort Olpenitz on the Baltic Sea fjord Schlei and Baltic Sea is firmly on the jetty. The special feature of the house Aloha is the location at the very end of the jetty, because only here you can enjoy the free view of the sea, the sailing and marina and the harbor entrance around.
Through floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows you can see the breathtaking scenery of the Baltic Sea. The roof terrace offers spectacular 360 degree views of the Baltic Sea fjord Schlei, passing sailing ships, the Baltic Sea and the harbor cinema in the sailing and marina of the OstseeResort Olpenitz. The Baltic Sea is just a swim ladder away and the white sandy beach within walking distance.
Underfloor heating and sauna also provide pleasant comfort on Nordic ski holiday days, as on board the wellness program may not be missing.

The floating house extends over three levels. Upstairs is the open-plan living and dining area with water view, fully equipped kitchen and adjacent terrace. From here you get to the spectacular roof terrace with a sheltered beach chair. Both terraces are equipped with high-quality garden furniture and Weber electric grill and invite you to sunbathe, barbecue or a romantic candle light dinner.
The relaxation area of ??the house is located on the ground floor with two comfortable bedrooms, bathroom and sauna. The master bedroom not only scores with a floor-to-ceiling panoramic window front, through which the water spectacle can be enjoyed, but also offers an adjacent surrounding terrace. Early risers can watch fantastic sunrises from here and start the day off relaxed. Two additional sleeping places are available on the comfortable sofa bed in the living room.
Of course, when taking a sauna or brushing your teeth, you will also see the sea and swans swimming by.
If you want to travel by boat, this is the place for you. Directly at the house is a private mooring with shore power and water.
Two own parking spaces are located directly on the jetty.
