The holiday home South Lake side is in the first row to the water on a narrow headland with sailing and marina of the Baltic Sea Olpenitz on one side and the Baltic Sea fjord Schlei to the other. With water on both sides, this holiday home offers fantastic sea views from all areas of the house. In addition to the modern Scandinavian interior, a high-quality equipment and pure wellness, the holiday home South Lake side also convinces by a large roof terrace with all-day sun.
The light-filled living and dining area of ??the house is located on the ground floor. Floor-to-ceiling windows allow an unobstructed view of the harbor cinema, while a comfortable seating area and a solid dining table invite one to another. It is particularly cozy in the dark season, romantic in front of the stove. For entertainment in the living area is provided by a TV with home entertainment program, fiber optic connection and a Bluetooth-capable radio.
From the living area leads to the large terrace with morning sun. Also on the ground floor is the extensively equipped kitchen. For extra comfort, this floor has a guest toilet.
On the first floor there are two bright bedrooms with direct water view while falling asleep and waking up. The master bedroom, which faces the harbor side, has another TV with home entertainment program. The second bedroom is facing the clear side. Here, two single beds can be flexibly pushed together. Spa moments at this level are provided by the fully equipped bathroom with whirlpool bath.
An additional living space is located on the top level of the house. The studio allows a fantastic view over Schlei, Baltic Sea and Marina. Also there are two more people on a comfortable sofa bed space. The all-round wellness program also features a sauna with adjacent shower. The roof terrace of the studio perfects the recreational experience and invites you to sunbathe and romantic starry nights after the sauna session.
Two parking spaces and a separate bike shed are located directly in front of the house.
