The very tasteful, in March 2018 newly renovated and newly furnished 80 square meters holiday terraced house is designed for up to 5 people and is located about 100 meters from the Baltic Sea beach.
In front of the house there is a private parking, shopping facilities and a restaurant are within walking distance.
Sütel 58 has a small garden with adjoining terrace on which guests can relax if required with retractable awning on cushioned garden furniture.
The barbecue in the garden is also possible here with a fixed outdoor grill.
Furthermore, the ground floor is a cozy couch / sofa with sleeping function, a dining table, the fireplace, a well-equipped, functional kitchen with stove / oven, dishwasher and a fridge with freezer compartment.
All necessary kitchen appliances such as toaster, kettle and coffee maker are of course also available.
Also located on the ground floor the bathroom with toilet, shower, towel dryer and washing machine.
A staircase from the hallway leads guests to the upper floor which has two separate bedrooms with double beds and TVs.
From one of the bedrooms one reaches a balcony with Baltic Sea view.
During the stay there is free Wi-Fi and the use of an X-Box ONE with various games.
We are also looking forward to the visit of four-legged friends, there are bowls and a basket ready.
Smoking is allowed on the terrace and balcony, ashtrays are available.
