Our newly acquired, small house by the sea got a complete renovation and is from mid-June 2018 completely renewed available.
The Endreihenhaus with garden is located in a small cottage area. The Baltic Sea is only a few steps away. You expect about 80sqm, modern furnishings and with space for 4 people. In front of the house there are two private parking spaces. A mom and pop shop and a restaurant (The Spinnaker) are within walking distance.
The house has a fully renovated shower room on the ground floor, a small, functional kitchen with oven, fridge / freezer and a small dishwasher. All necessary kitchen appliances such as toaster, kettle and coffee maker are of course also available.
In the living area there is a dining area for 4 people, a cozy sofa, the stove and a modern TV (Sat) and a Bluetooth speaker.
From the living area you reach the sheltered and south-facing terrace with awning and from there into the beautiful and fully fenced garden with partial sea views.
From the hallway leads to the upper floor. Here you will find two separate bedrooms a guest toilet with sink.
One bedroom has a balcony, which is great for a sundowner. Here you have even from the bed sea view. The second bedroom has a side sea view.
There are garden loungers, a barbecue and a hammock in the garden shed.
The natural beach is tax-free and is guarded by the DLRG. 2 dog beaches can be reached within a few minutes by car. Otherwise invites the steep bank for long walks.
Wi-Fi is available free of charge (limited to 30 GB per month).
