This beautiful detached chalet is located at the border between Salzburgerland and Tirol, directly on the old road between Königsleiten and Wald. The unique and private location is really wonderful and the view is breathtaking. When you enter, you’ll feel the space and the warm atmosphere of the house immediately. The living room, which continues into the open kitchen, can really be called spacious and exudes the famous Austrian atmosphere. There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in total, spread out over 3 floors. There are children’s beds available, but you should bring the linen for this yourself. You can relax in the Finnish sauna after a day of hiking, cycling or skiing. In the direct vicinity you’ll find a beautiful indoor swimming pool, different dining and shopping possibilities, as well as the ski bus towards the skiing area. Thanks to the central location, you can enjoy 3 well-known skiing areas within a 15-minute drive: the Zillertal Arena (140 km), the Wildkogel Arena (62 km) and the Kitzbüheler Alps (180 km). The Salzburg Superskikarte gives you access to all of these skiing areas as well as to Zell am See, Kaprun and Saalbach-Hinterglemm. The ski shuttle stops in front of the chalet, once a day. During the summer there are many possibilities to fill your vacation with activities; there are many walking and mountain biking possibilities, many sights in both Tirol and Salzburgerland, a beautiful reservoir near Gerlos and don’t forget to visit Europe’s highest waterfalls in the neighbouring Krimml.
