This maisonette (approx. 110 m2) is located at the border between Salzburgerland and Tirol, in the village of Wald (Wald-Königsleiten municipality) You can reach the maisonette from the parking garage using your own entrance. The interior is spacious and has a real Austrian character thanks to the wooden details both inside and outside. All rooms are located on the ground floor. The house features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a separate toilet. The living room with adjoining open kitchen even features an original tile stove and you’ll also have a nice balcony or terrace at your disposal with garden furniture and of course a fantastic view. You can use the wood for the open fire at no extra cost. What about a sleigh ride with horses in the winter through the Wald in Pinzgau winter wonderland? Would you prefer a bit more action? Alongside skiing and snowboarding, you can also take part in activities such as hiking with snow shoes or tobogganing! There is also a free ski bus connection. In the summer, you shouldn’t miss a visit to Europe’s highest waterfall, the Krimmler Wasserfälle. If you love active holidays, you’ve come to the right place. Cycling, mountain biking, canoeing, paragliding and wildwater tubing are all options here. During your stay you’ll have free access for a few hours a day to the magnificent indoor swimming pool "Kristallbad Wald/Königsleiten", located directly next to the maisonette. For a fee you can also use the wellness oasis and restaurant. A playground for the littlest guests can be found nearby.
