This maisonette (ca. 100m2) is located on the border between Salzburgerland and Tirol in the village of Wald (the municipality of Wald-Königsleiten). From the parking garage you can reach the maisonette via a private entrance. The entire rental is spacious both inside and out and furnished with lots of wood, giving it a true Oostenrijks character. On the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is one bedroom with 2 bunk beds and there are 2 bedrooms with a double bed. In the living room itself there is an original tiled stove and you have a fine balcony or terrace with garden furniture, with an evidently fantastic view. The tiled stove provides heat through the exterior walls. You can use the firewood for free. A playground for the littlest guests can be found nearby. In the summer, you shouldn’t miss a visit to Europe’s highest waterfall, the Krimmler Wasserfälle. If you love active holidays, you’ve come to the right place. Cycling, mountain biking, canoeing, paragliding and wildwater tubing are all options here. And in winter, you could go on a horse-drawn sleigh tour through the ‘winter wonderland’ of Wald in Pinzgau. Would you prefer a bit more action? Then in addition to skiing and snowboarding, think about activities such as ski touring, snowshoe trekking or tobogganing! There is also a free ski bus connection. During your stay you have free access for a few hours a day to the magnificent new covered swimming pool ‘Kristallbad Wald/Königsleiten’, which is located right next to your maisonette.
