All five new apartments (approx 65m2 living space + 9-23 m2 balcony or terrace) can accommodate 2 to 5 persons. The apartments have a bedroom (double bed + extra bed), bathroom with shower, 2 toilets, storage room (and 2 respectively. Bathroom), entrance hall with cloakroom, a living room with sofa and a kitchen or Kitchenette. Technically the state, you will not miss anything … Flat screen television with satellite TV (in bedroom and living room), DVD player, stereo, free Wi-Fi, Tschibo-Cafissimo coffee machine and a top-equipped kitchen / kitchenette to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Of course, all units have a balcony or terrace with panoramic views!

In winter, the ski resort Gerlitzen is just 5 km away from us there easily reached by the hotel’s own free ski bus.
In summer, the Kärnten Card opens up more than 100 excursions throughout Carinthia, which is for each guest in our house inclusive! – You will also receive free admission to the “Beach Club” lido in community Bodensdorf!
