Choose our holiday apartment as a starting point for exploring the area in Carinthia and relax directly on Lake Ossiach in close proximity to hiking area Gerlitzen. You can also use the in-house, 20m long, heated swimming pool.
Our beautiful apartment offers wonderful space for 1-4 persons. In. 3 Stock located, it is comfortable and barrier-free to reach by lift.
At 44 m² there is a fully equipped apartment with a living / bedroom with double bed, a small room with 2 single beds, kitchen / hallway, shower / toilet and balcony facing east in a cozy atmosphere available. The balcony offers views of the Ossiacher Tauern, the foothills of the Gerlitzen and on a part of the lake. For entertainment, there’s a flat-screen satellite TV and a DVD player and radio. Wireless access is set up in the foyer of the plant.
The kitchen has a 2 ring hob, microwave, fridge freezer, coffee pad machine (Senseo), kettle, coffee machine, toaster, sufficient cooking and eating utensils very well equipped.
Bed linen and towels can be booked on request.
Washer and dryer are available in the basement with coin operation.
In the large garden area waiting sand / play and climbing courses, a bocce / bowling green, a beach volleyball court and two ping-pong tables on you. The huge lawn with shade trees extends to a flat in the water walking beach with fine gravel. About a footbridge leads to deeper swimming area. A changing room with shower is located on the beach. Three chairs belong to the apartment. A separate footbridge leading to the jetty. Brought surfboards and boats can be lowered into the water here. Storage facilities are also located on the lake property.
Bicycle parking is available.
In summer there is a breakfast service in the foyer. This provides baked goods and other products for a breakfast for sale.
