The house K + M + B is located directly at the foot of the ski area of ??the Gerlitzen Alpe, which is considered as one of the sunniest and snowiest ski and winter hiking area in Carinthia. The ski resort has plenty of snow-making facilities. Just 100 meters from the property is the stop for the free ski bus to the Annenheim valley station, from where a cable car takes you directly to the ski area. A ski school, ski kindergarten and equipment rental are available at the middle station.
