Private Apartment for 2-4 persons in Bodensdorf, right on Ossiacher lake in the apartment complex K + M + B. Let it all hang out or enjoy the winter wonderland on Gerlitzen.
Equipment:
Our spacious apartment is about 59 square meters and has two balconies facing east. Here you can enjoy breakfast in the sun and in the evening a glass of wine overlooking the mountains and the historical Collegiate Church in Ossiach. You can expect a lovely decorated Wohnessraum (with sofa bed 1.6 m x 2.0 m), a bedroom (with double bed), a newly renovated bathroom, a separate toilet and a hallway. Our small but functional kitchen is equipped with a stove with oven and ceramic hob and a dishwasher.
Garden chairs, parasols, Radio and Television (dig. Satellite system) are available as well as a DVD player. All this is available free of charge.
We have installed in the apartment an LTE router, so that now there can the Internet. For your stay we provide 3 000 MB available. This should for chat, Googling and mail traffic sufficient. Larger Downloads you can still perform at the reception for free.
Washers and dryers can be used for a fee.
Winter wonderland on Gerlitzen:
About Lake Ossiach the sun does overtime, while you treat yourself to the winter: 14 cable cars and lifts, 26 kilometers of slopes – family always groomed, wide – just beautiful.
Snowmaking systems guarantee reliable snow conditions. A ski school, ski kindergarten and equipment rental are available there.
A free shuttle runs (5 km) to the valley station of the cable car that takes you to the ski area on the Gerlitzen. The bus stop is about 80 meters from our apartment.
In the valley you find the Ossiach hall, the cross-country on Bleistätter Moor, cleared walking paths and plenty of culinary and cultural delights.
In some years, you can walk on the frozen lake and ice curling.
Our condominium is located directly on the lake (drinking water quality) and has a quiet, spacious lawn with swimming and surfing web. Additionally, there is the lake separate areas for non-swimmers and swimmers. The pebble beach is gently sloping.
On the large lawn there is a separate playground for ball games, a big sandbox, a climbing frame, a Boccia (Boule) -Sandbahn, two table tennis plates and a beach volleyball court, and a changing room with shower next to the lake. Storage space for boats and surfers are abundant.
The complex includes a large parking area and a light-drenched swimming pool with 20 m Length. Its use is included in the rent. Of course you will also find showers, toilets and changing rooms
Surroundings
Bodensdorf lies on the north bank about the middle of the 11 km long Lake Ossiach. Close to the resort there are grocery stores, surf school with surf board, boat and bicycle rentals and tennis courts. Within walking distance, you will find everything for your daily needs: supermarkets, doctors, pharmacies, restaurants, bars, mini golf, spa, boat landing disco’s and 3 banks.
