Our house is situated on a hillside (entrance via an outside staircase, parking possibility on land) a short walk from Lake Ossiach and open from May to October supermarket, restaurants, and ATMs away.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a detached house with 2 flats and has 2 bedrooms, hall, hallway, bathroom, kitchen and living-dining area spread over approximately 92 sqm.
The two bedrooms are comfortably furnished with Voglauer rustic furniture, bedroom 2 (double bed 1,80×1,90) has an additional laundry area. In the large bedroom 1 (double bed 1,80×1,90) is an additional sleeping couch and an alarm clock.
The new bathroom (with underfloor heating in the winter) has a large rain shower with glass wall, toilet, sink and hair dryer.
The open design of kitchenette, dining area and the transition to the living room there is a pleasant generosity.
The living room is equipped with a comfortable seating area for up to 6 people and has, as well as the dining area, direct access to the terraces,
In the kitchen you will find everything that is needed for their own meals – a refrigerator (use an additional 40l-freezer in the hallway closet possible), 4-burner stove with oven and the necessary small appliances like coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc.
On the two large terraces you have enough space for the table with 4 garden chairs
as well as the sun loungers and umbrellas. Here, (barbecue available) is the magnificent view from breakfast to spectacular sunset, z. B. with a nice barbecue, enjoy.
In the storage room you will find the washing machine with integrated dryer and all cleaning equipment, such as vacuum cleaners, brooms, etc. for possible Needs.
For the youngest residents, a high chair and a travel cot is available (on request).
The apartment has central heating (in winter heated bathroom floors).
Bed laundry (bed linen and towels and bath towels in the house, bathing beach towels please bring!) and if desired with additional cleaning during your stay (on request at an additional cost).
