Our small summer cottage is surrounded by nature in the north of Berlin. It is surrounded by a well-tended garden and is located in a quiet residential area. The apartment has a total of 46 sqm with living room, bedroom, kitchen and shower / WC as well as a large terrace, on the one excellent breakfast or in the evening the soul can dangle.
The S-Bahn with the line S2 is about 10 minutes to reach. From there to the town center it is about 30 minutes.
Our summer house is located near the Helios Clinic Berlin-Buch and the “MDC – Max Delbrück Center for Molecular Medicine”.
It also offers a comfortable and comfortable accommodation for relatives of patients of the clinic and for specialists of the MDC.
The bungalow-style house is ground level and has no doorways in the interior spaces; It is well suited for disabled persons.
