Your “HOME ON THE HOLIDAY” is located in a quiet residential area on the upper floor of our house, on the edge of a golf course. In the immediate vicinity, outdoor walks are recommended. Public transport, restaurants and shops are also within walking distance, as well as public transport stops – bus and S-Bahn.
Our “former 3-generation house” now offers enough space for guests. We like to visit! House and garden provide space and opportunities for private use, without disturbing each other. Your cozy room with a loft and private bathroom next door offer space and privacy for a relaxing stay for three.
Being so close to the center, you can experience all the pulsating life and sights of our wonderful city and relax afterwards. A round of golf complacent? A relaxing sauna? A cycle tour? Barbecue on the terrace? A good book in the shade of the ginkgo tree in the garden? Only to – everything is possible with us. We look forward to you!
You will find a fridge, a microwave with grill function, crockery, cutlery, glasses, a coffee machine, a kettle, an egg cooker and a toaster for your breakfast, a small meal in between or a hot drink.
Furthermore, you have access by arrangement to:
– Sauna, washing machine, dryer
– Garden and terrace (furnished) – 1 complete golf bag for right-handers with trolley – 1 gas grill in the garden in the warm season
We live in the house and are almost always with words and deeds available. If you wish, we occasionally drink or dine together and talk – we are open to much. You decide, if you want to have your peace. In the shared areas we try to respect this as much as possible. We are happy to take care of – after consultation and availability – your child or your dog, if you go alone on a discovery tour or want to experience Berlin’s nightlife live. Since we are both experienced dog owners, as well as very good grandparents, your darlings are always in good hands!
The attic can only be accessed via a folding ladder, so it is not available for toddlers and handicapped people. Use at your own risk! It sleeps very well up there – in every season, because the room can be electrically heated if necessary.
We are pleased about quiet neighbors and only a few meters distance to the golf course Berlin Pankow, which guarantees peace and clean air.

Within walking distance: – Bus – 850 m – S-Bahn – 1.5 km – Greek restaurant and bistro 850 m – Gas station & supermarkets 1 km from Berlin -Blankenburg station with the S-Bahn: – Center / Friedrichstrasse – directly in 18 minutes – Messe Nord – 1 change in 25 minutes
REGULATE
– Smoking is not allowed throughout the house!
– We do not wish to visit any other than booked persons in our house!
– Washing clothes and hanging wet laundry in the bathroom and in the room is not allowed. You can use washing machine and dryer for a fair fee after consultation!
– If you lose the front door key, a fee of 50, – € is due!

Shower in the EC, sauna, washer / dryer, terrace, garden with gas grill
– We can only accept bookings from guests with 1 dog (size like Labrador / Golden Retriever) or 2 dogs (Dachshund / Jack Russel or smaller)!
