Property Description
In our denkmallgeschützten former chief doctor’s villa, built in 1907, designed by the then famous architect Ludwig Hoffmann, with a total of 400m² and 3500m² garden area you can see and feel something special. The house was home to more than 15 years and a well-known artist. In addition, here quite a few movies and TV movies were filmed. Among other things, the big box-office hit “Fuck yu Goethe”.
Description of the apartments:
Size 50m². There is a double bed in a larger living room with open kitchen and dining table for 4 people.
The kitchen with refrigerator, 4 ceramic hobs hob and oven, coffee maker, kettle and thermos for tea is fully equipped. The Küchenarpeitsplatte is made of real beech. There is a TV, radio and free Wifi connection. The floor is made of genuine Holzpackett, the cuisine of a fine Italian mosaic floor. The bathroom is designed in marble and blue tiles, the shower is at ground level and therefore also for older people an advantage. The weekend Nung has a small hallway with cloakroom, there is also an additional antique wardrobe.
Another door leads to the private covered with 3 round stone pillars built terrace, size approx 12sqm, overlooking the enchanted garden. From the open living room a wooden staircase leads to the approximately 6m² high floor with 2 single beds, ceiling height about 1 40m (alcove).
The apartment has been lovingly designed by an artist.
How do I get to the city?
Our house is in a cul de sac. No car through traffic. The car can stand free. In 7 Min. They are walking on the S-Bahn station. In 25 min. You are the S8 in Berlin Mitte. They come with the Berlin public transport at night back to our house back. During the day there the S-Bahn every 10 minutes. There is additionally also a night bus.
Shop.
In 3 min. Walk from our house you are in the shopping center with a large supermarket, bakery and organic loading.
Surroundings.
300m from our house you go into the park with an artificial water landscape or the historic Künstlerhof. There you will find arts and crafts and a nice coffee. 250m from us, there is an Italian restaurant with large beer garden. The food tastes good and is still low.
In our place you can rent bikes and ride to the wild horses. They can be found on extensive crop areas outside the whole year. We have many ponds and lakes in our area and so many wild birds, such as cranes, geese and the red kite. On our property there is a Burrow. Every spring you can watch with us the young foxes. To our family are still 2 tomcat named Alwin and Lobos and 2 cats named Moringa and Lulu. All children are loving and devoted.
Yoga and Meditation
In our house Kerstin has, to my wife, yoga and meditation, and for children there is a weekly children’s dance. We had beautiful frequent guests, who participated in one or the other offer. You might be interested, and also want to try something.
