The calm water and great waterfront location especially enables an active holiday. Almost all water sports activities are possible. The heated thatched pavilion standing on the water invites you for drinking coffee or reading books not only on beautiful days. The terrace at the house with water view offers, for instance, the possibility of an al fresco breakfast and cosy barbecue evenings.
Due to its proximity to Berlin (about 30 km or 45 minutes drive to the city centre) and Potsdam with its many cultural offerings and shopping facilities, there are almost unlimited options for sightseeing and shopping. During the Advent season, both cities will be enchanted by several Christmas markets. By bus and / or train journey to Berlin on the train stations Erkner or Königs Wusterhausen. The areas Spreewald / 50 minutes driving time, Bad Saarow (thermal spa, summer toboggan run and much more) / 30 minutes driving time, Märkische Schweiz (Buckow) / 50 minutes driving time, Tropical Islands / about 30 minutes driving time, Animal and Theme Park (Dinosaur Park) in Germendorf as well as Schlaubetal / each about 60 minutes driving time are also recommended for day trips.
The house has a living space of 40 m2 and offers space for two to four persons. It is equipped with modern facilities (including under floor heating, triple-glazed windows, shutters, barrier-free tiled shower room, new fitted kitchen with extractor fan, satellite TV) and stylishly decorated. It has a living room, a kitchen with entrance area, a bedroom and a room with toilet and shower.
Covered and paved car parking is available on the property.
The house lets you enjoy relaxing days during any season. In winter, the calm water front not far from the Berlin city is especially an advantage. Numerous species of birds give themselves a rendezvous. In suitable weather conditions, the frozen lake unfolds some winter sports opportunities (including ice skating, ice hockey, curling, skiing).
