Our 35sqm large apartment / studio was completed in 2012.. The floor is fully tiled and ceilings are Radiant heaters that give off a cozy warmth. The bright and spacious studio has all major living areas that have been set by our functional and comfortable. The bathroom with shower (ground floor), toilet, sink, mirror and hair dryer was equipped with underfloor heating. The kitchen includes oven with grill, ceramic hob (4 fields), extractor hood, fridge freezer, sink, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishes for 4 pers. and all the usual kitchen utensils. (Dishtowels, rag, sponge and cleaning products also available) Washing machine can be used for a small fee. If still something missing, just ask! The dining area with seating for 5 persons. + Highchair has a beautiful view in the adjacent garden and terrace.
A double bed (Ges. Lying surface 160×200) with comfortable mattresses, a bedside table with a reading lamp and a wardrobe (bracket available) form the sleeping area. In addition, a travel cot including blanket and bedding is no extra charge
The living area consists of a 2-seater sofa, armchair with footstool, side table, shelving, books and maps / information from the region and a floor lamp with a cozy light. A hinged LED TVs, which can be available in all areas and a radio / CD player are just as much inventory.
All opening windows and the entrance door are fitted with mosquito nets.
The adjoining terrace, the garden with lawn, a cozy place under the apple tree and the possibility of use of the pool (May to September on request) round off the opportunity for a great holiday stay.
