Property Description
The 70m² apartment is located on a plot beautifully situated directly on the river lady, not far from the Krossinsee. Four people can comfortably in a large bedroom (one double bed and a bunk bed) to sleep.
A living room with a couch and table invite you to relax.
The kitchen is equipped with a four-flame gas stove with oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, dishwasher and microwave. Pots and pans, dishes, cutlery and glasses are also available. A table with six comfortable chairs completes the kitchen. The bathroom has a shower, a sink and a toilet.
In the garden there are two well-located seating where guests can eat and relax. You are the one next to the apartment under a gazebo in the countryside and on the other by the water with Mediterranean charm. A transparent Iglozelt, with 3.6m diameter allows for relaxation even at schlechem weather.
The land for the corresponding bridge has many uses; as Berth (for free), to swim and who owns a fishing license, may even catch fish and then roast on the grill.
