This beautiful detached chalet is located in the heart of well-known Kaprun, the ultimate winter sports village. You could hardly get any closer to the centre, nightlife venues and the ski pistes. The completely wooden chalet is very luxurious and especially tastefully furnished. The warm atmosphere of the wood, the beautiful wooden floor combined with the modern interior will make you feel right at home. The chalet consists of two semi-detached residential units that are accessible via the shared entrance. This layout places two stunning living rooms at your disposal, each with an open-plan kitchen that leads out to the terrace, located right on the Kapruner Ache river. In addition to the 8 beautiful bedrooms, you have access to 6 bathrooms, 2 of which boast their own saunas. The home accommodates 28 people very comfortably, but can be booked for up to 36 people. Luxury abound! There’s a magnificent wood-heated Jacuzzi in the garden. You can tell the owner if and when you want to use it. He will then make sure that the jacuzzi is filled with water and that it’s at the right temperature. The first time it’s free on a fixed time on Sunday or Monday, afterwards you can book it for a fee. Due to its central location nearby the centre, the ski bus and ski slopes, you don’t need a car during your stay. Skiing enthusiasts know Kaprun as a wonderfully large ski resort. The glacier is open almost year-round so you can always enjoy the eternal snow.
