Hello Austria’s with us in the Youth Guesthouse Hochkogel in Saalbch Hinterglemm, one of the finest and largest in the Alps and biking destinations.
On a slight hill with direct access to the ski mountain bike & hiking area our house is located 1.5 km from the center of Hinterglemm.
Enjoy the panorama of the surrounding mountain peaks, the beautiful nature and spend with friends, colleagues or your families the most beautiful and funniest days of the year!
Our family-run youth hostel was renovated in 2006 and 2015 and offers space for max. 85 people. Divided into 3 floors and 21 rooms, all with shower, WC and TV.
On the ground floor next to the entrance, a lift for 5 floors, the reception Siztecke and free Wi-Fi, a cozy lounge with TV and minibar, a large dining room and lounge with flat screen TV, DVD and video. Also available for our groups a top equipped commercial kitchen for self-catering with combi steamer, frying pan, electric oven, large cold storage, freezer and plenty of dishes. In the basement is a boot room with boot dryers and next to the garage, a lockable ski or bike storage.
In the outdoor area are a charcoal grill and enough Biertischgarnituren ready for the barbecue season 🙂
In and around the house:
“Forget time and space” you can in the wellness area with finnish sauna, infrared cabin and beautiful relaxation area with great views of the Reiterkogel and a part of Hinterglemm.
“Action” in the table tennis room with darts, table football and table tennis course. In addition, you can hang out in the Chillout Zone to your heart’s content, listen to music, chat with friends and celebrate.
Fresh air:
Picnic, swimming and nature games at the nearby stream about 5 minutes or at the pond about 15 minutes walk, the house is a small square with two small football goals, basketball hoop, trampoline, badminton, volleyball net, …

The Saalbach Hinterglemm JOKER CARD is the trump for a perfect Summer holiday and provides free access to many attractions. The JOKERCARD-period 2014 runs from 23rd May to 26th October.
