Thanks to the location slightly above the village, you have complete privacy and a fantastic view. The location is ideal for both winter and summer holidays. The ski bus stop is located directly below the (slightly sloping) access road so you can be at the beautiful Saalbach Hinterglemm ski area in just a few minutes. There are plenty of recreational options in summer, such as mountain biking, hiking or, a real hit: some great rafting. Zell am See Lake is close by and is a wonderful place to cool off on those hot days.
