The apartment has a cosy living room with dining area and open-plan kitchen. The kitchen has all mod-cons. There is a bedroom with a foldaway double bed. The bathroom has a shower, washbasin and toilet. The balcony is a great place to relax after an exciting day. When you book, you will receive a WinterbergCard offering you discounts on attractions and activities and free bus and train travel in Hochsauerland.
Complex
The apartment is located right next to the ski slopes and the hiking routes. The apartment is located on the 8th floor, there is an elevator. The shared rooftop terrace is a great place to relax in the sun or to have a BBQ. The complex also has a swimming pool and a sauna. Please note that the swimming pool is closed between 6/11/17 and 9/12/17. These are free for holiday makers. The solarium, washing machine and dryer can be used against payment. There is an elevator in the complex.

The apartment is located close to the slopes. The Erlebnisberg Kappe, with bobsled track, bike park, summer toboggan run and climbing forest, is a few minutes’ walk away. We ask for a deposit of € 100, – through a SEPA form. This will be sent to you in advance and will be filled in at check-in. With the SEPA form you give us authorization to deduct up to € 100, – if, for example, there is damage. If nothing is settled, the SEPA form will automatically lapse.
The rental price includes energy costs.
Bed linen, final cleaning and tourist tax are mandatory and can be found on your reservation overview and / or invoice.
Towels, kitchen textiles and children’s furniture can be rented separately on request.
