Apartment
This 2-room apartment has a living-dining room with a sofa bed and a bedroom with a double bed. The separate kitchen is equipped with a cooker, oven, microwave and coffee machine. There is a small storage room. From the large, furnished roof terrace, you have a wonderful view of the forest and the mountains. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and washbasin.
Surrounding
The apartment is located close to the slopes. The Erlebnisberg Kappe, with bobsled track, bike park, summer toboggan run and climbing forest, is a few minutes’ walk away. The town centre, with shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, clubs and apres-ski bars, is also only a short distance away

We ask for a deposit of € 100, – through a SEPA form. This will be sent to you in advance and will be filled in at check-in. With the SEPA form you give us authorization to deduct up to € 100, – if, for example, there is damage. If nothing is settled, the SEPA form will automatically lapse.
The rental price includes energy costs.
Bed linen, final cleaning and tourist tax are mandatory and can be found on your reservation overview and / or invoice.
Towels, kitchen textiles and children’s furniture can be rented separately on request.
