Accommodation
This cosy holiday accommodation on the first floor is situated close to the bobsled track, bike park and ski slopes. The living room has a seating area and a small kitchen with dining area. The kitchen has a fridge with an ice box, a toaster, oven and microwave. The living room opens out to the balcony, with garden furniture and a south-eastern orientation. The living room also has a sofa bed. The bedroom has 2 single beds. The bathroom features a shower, toilet and washbasin. There is space in the garage to store skis etc. You need to bring a padlock to lock the storage box. Bicycles can be parked in the storage box (at no. 25). A cot and high chair are provided.
Surrounding
A quiet accommodation in a central location. The centre of Winterberg is 20 minutes on foot. The Skikarussell Winterberg, the Erlebnispark and the Bikepark are within walking distance (a few minutes).

We ask for a deposit of € 100, – through a SEPA form. This will be sent to you in advance and will be filled in at check-in. With the SEPA form you give us authorization to deduct up to € 100, – if, for example, there is damage. If nothing is settled, the SEPA form will automatically lapse.
The rental price includes energy costs.
Bed linen, final cleaning and tourist tax are mandatory and can be found on your reservation overview and / or invoice.
Towels, kitchen textiles and children’s furniture can be rented separately on request.
