From December to March you will experience the greatest snow fun in Wintersport Arena Sauerland.
There are 8 snow-sure ski areas (with 150 lifts, 300 hectares of slopes, 500 km of trails, 400 snow machines, 74 ski lifts, 96 ski runs, 9 toboggan lifts and 40 toboggan runs, 60 ski huts, discotheques, bars and cafés).

Hiking trails, cycling routes, ski runs, toboggan runs, bike park, Kappe experience mountain, Kahler Aste and all other great impressions or relaxing activities are available.

Accommodation
Our cosy holiday home is centrally located and close to the ski slopes and the bobsled run in Winterberg. The simple kitchen is equipped with all the comfort you need: hotplate, oven, microwave and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. There are 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed and a single bed. In the bathroom you will find a bathtub and a shower, a toilet and a sink. There is a ski room where you can leave your ski equipment. Wi-Fi spreads throughout the entire apartment. On the balcony you can enjoy the spectacular view.
Complex
The building lies next to the ski slopes and the bobsled run. The apartment is situated on the 6th floor and the building has an elevator and a parking lot. Your reservation includes the free Sauerland Card. With it you will be granted free bus and train rides and will have a price reduction on lots of tourist attractions and activities. The complex is situated approx. 20 minutes by foot from the centre of Winterberg. The ski slopes are only 2 minutes away. A car park is located in the immediate vicinity.
Surroundings
The holiday home is located in a quiet area close to Erlebnisberg Kappe with the bobsled run, Bikepark, the summer toboggan run and the climbing forest. Hiking trails start right in front of the building. There are lots of shops, supermarkets, restaurants, apres ski bars and discos in the center of Winterberg. You can go there by foot or take the bus and use the free Sauerland Card. In the vicinity of Winterberg you can find various touristic attractions and activities like caves, an amusement park, sailing opportunities, swimming water and many more. Check the possibilities.–
The studio is in a quiet area, near the Erlebnisberg Kappe, with bobsled track, bike park, summer toboggan run and climbing forest. The hiking trails start right outside your door. In the centre of Winterberg, there are numerous shops, supermarkets, restaurants, apres-ski bars and nightclubs, which are within walking distance. Or simply take the bus (free with the WinterbergCard).
In the immediate vicinity of Winterberg, you will find various leisure facilities, for e.g. swimming and sailing, caves, a theme park and much more. Ask about the possibilities.

We ask for a deposit of € 100, – through a SEPA form. This will be sent to you in advance and will be filled in at check-in. With the SEPA form you give us authorization to deduct up to € 100, – if, for example, there is damage. If nothing is settled, the SEPA form will automatically lapse.
The rental price includes energy costs.
Bed linen, final cleaning and tourist tax are mandatory and can be found on your reservation overview and / or invoice.
Towels, kitchen textiles and children’s furniture can be rented separately on request.
