Welcome to our beautiful 2015 newly built Apartment Talblick. Apartment Talblick is a family friendly and excellently equipped apartment in the popular holiday, ski and health resort Neuastenberg. Apartment Talblick is located right next to the ski slope Postwiese and near several hiking (like the famous Rothaarsteig) – and cycling trails and well-prepared cross-country skiing and mountain biking trails. Ski lifts, ski school, ski and après ski can be found within 150 meters. Are in the immediate vicinity of the apartment Talblick still a butcher, a bakery and several restaurants.
Apartment Talblick located on the first floor of the Residence Astenberg and has a large balcony with a beautiful view of the piste Postwiese and the surrounding mountains. The cozy living room has a large lounge sofa, 2 chairs, coffee table, 3 stools, Wi-Fi, LCD TV and a DVD / Blue Ray Cinema Set. The lounge sofa can turn into a few simple steps in a comfortable double bed. The living room also offers at any season, around a beautiful view of the Postwiese and mountains.
The modern kitchen with a cooking island, has a dishwasher, induction hob, microwave, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartments, Nespresso machine, coffee maker and kettle and everything needed to crockery and cutlery for 20 people. In the spacious dining area adjoining a dining table made of solid oak is with a length of almost 5 meters and 14 accompanying chairs.
The 5 bedrooms of Apartment Talblick are equipped with luxury and oak furniture of high quality. Four of the bedrooms have a double bed and one has 2 very solid bunk beds, also of solid oak. One of the 4 bedrooms is the “Master Bedroom” and has a private bathroom with shower (Sunshower) and toilet. The bunk beds, like all other bedrooms, all 2 lights, one for reading and the other for a cozy atmosphere. All bedrooms offer also plenty of storage space. Overall offers Talblick Sleeps 14 people!
The apartment Talblick has 3 beautifully furnished, luxury bathrooms, 2 of them with sun shower. Two bathrooms have double sinks and all have a toilet. In the apartment there is also another separate. 4 Toilet.
Apartment Talblick has two storage rooms in the apartment, in one of them to a washing machine and dryer at your disposal.
The large apartment valley, 150 m2, located on the first floor of the Residence. There are two private parking spaces for apartment valley. Within 50 meters, there are also additional parking. On the garden level there is still a storage room (8 + 9) for ski boots, skis, bicycles and other things that you should not take the apartment.
