Our new, completed in the summer of 2016, holiday home is located in Winterberg directly on the adventure mountain cap.
Many recreational opportunities are right on site.
In winter, ski lifts can be reached in 3 minutes on foot.
The next restaurant as well.
Until the center of Winterberg is on foot about 25 -30 minutes on the way
The house has 4 bedrooms. 3 bedrooms are equipped with double beds 180 * 200.
1 bedroom has a double bed 180 * 200 and a sofa bed.
Each bedroom has a 32-inch flat-screen TV.
Baby cots are available.
The living-dining room has a fitted kitchen with oven, dishwasher
Microwave and refrigerator, coffee maker, Senseo etc.
There is a large table with max 10 seats available
The sitting area consists of 2 leather shades and matching armchair.
A 55-inch LED TV with Internet access and a stove complete the picture. The house has Wi-Fi.
There are two bathrooms. Each bathroom has a shower and toilet. The bathroom upstairs is equipped with a sauna for max 6 pers. In addition, a washing machine and a dryer are housed there.
The garden has a terrace with seating for max 10 pers.
A barbecue is available.
A lockable garden hut with the possibility to store skis or bicycles, is also available.
Winterberg offers many recreational opportunities.
If you love nature and like to hike and want to smell the good Sauerland air, you are well catered for here. The Rothaarsteig is located in the immediate vicinity.

Winterberg is a sports city with an international reputation. National and international sports facilities are well known far beyond the borders for activity, exercise and high-quality winter sports. Where elite athletes perform at their best, experience winter sports and fun – in the fun sports metropolis north of the Alps! In the holiday world Winterberg is from January to February with 90 percent probability of a snow cover of ten centimeters and more available. Over 75 percent of total winter precipitation falls as snow. In order to further optimize this naturally high level of snow safety, the lift operators have invested in the expansion of the snowmaking systems. Around 100 snow producers conjure up the finest snow from pure, clear water for optimum snow safety
Golfing in Winterberg and surroundings:
In almost untouched natural landscape is the Winterberg 9-hole golf course. And this “half round” has it all. Numerous inclinations make the special level of difficulty. But even for beginners there are enough easy exercise options. Mighty old trees surround the fairways. From many points the golfer enjoys an impressive view of the Sauerland mountains. A natural watercourse is not only visually attractive, but intervenes at several holes game crucial. You do not have to be a pro to play here.
Golf course in Schmallenberg-Winkhausen (about 20 km away):
Situated on a mountain plateau between 420 m and 470 m above sea level, this panoramic course offers golfing pleasure at its best. Fantastic views of Hunau and Rothaargebirge mountains, a natural designed and well maintained course and the sporty-hearty atmosphere are hallmarks of this resort.
