The kitchen lamp is dimmable for THREE TIMES by switching on!
LIVING ROOM: In July 2017 NEW luxury living area with beautiful single armchair to feel good as well as dimmable LED floodlight with reading lamp + Wood stove + kitchenette with seating area and table (100cm x140cm, expandable to 190cm!) for at least 4 people; Lamps in the living room + apartment are new LED lamps! I. BEDROOM: two single beds each with 100 cm x 200 cm and large wardrobe, in winter: in addition 2 down duvets oversize = 155 cm X 225 cm available! A Hauck cot (70cm x110cm) is located in the room.
II. BEDROOM: Loft bed with two beds 2 x 90cm x 200cm (thick mattresses!), smaller 80 cm wide wardrobe, another single bed is possible here!
BATHROOM: with NEW shower (90cm x 90cm) and new silicone joints, toilet, washbasin and various bathroom cabinets / furniture; practical new towel dryer!

GENERAL INFORMATION about the apartment: From May 2018 NEW branded kitchenette! The apartment has been renovated! New gas heating, the floor of the apartment is completely tiled! South-facing terrace with garden and lawn directly accessible, in summer with 4 garden chairs (including 2 new adjustable folding / deck chairs) and round table available! Separate SKI ROOM; TWO storage facilities for mountain bikers; separate barbecue and parking area; country house with only 6 apartments, of which only 3 are used as rented apartments; VERY QUIET outskirts with beautiful 25 km dream-view into the “Nuhnetal” / Züschen, furthermore direct view of the bobsleigh track + panoramic bridge and the BiKEPARK and Trail Park (only 100 meters away!)!

The “Kahler Asten” can be reached on foot in about 25 minutes. In July to September you can pick there in many places forest blueberries; How about a home-made forest blueberry pancake and its breathtaking aroma? Or also forest chanterelles (here WITHOUT pollutants!) pick yourself and process in your own kitchen? – YOU can not buy this kind of thing, it will be a lasting memory for YOU and your family! –>> see 2 photos on the page …

The apartment is located in this SPA with HEALTHY climate and with outstanding air very close to the ski areas / Rothaarsteig / climbing garden (500m), BiKEPARK / Trail Park (100m), bobsled run and summer toboggan run and Panoramabrücke (300m), city center (1400m) Station, the indoor pool and outdoor pool (at the hotel Oversum) and the tourist office (all about 2000m).
The summer toboggan run is only 300 meters away! My guests can with their children z. B. ENJOY and share the garden directly at the apartment / terrace! The apartment has direct south exposure and is located in a quiet residential street and is 300 m (!) from the MAIN ROAD B 480 / B 236! From this “traffic” you can hear here: –>> NOTHING!

ARRIVAL: from about 3 p.m.; DEPARTURE: until 10 a.m. or by prior arrangement! Occupancy: from 1 to 5 persons, minimum stay: from 3 nights! —>>> NO PETS ALLOWED! –>> For bookings of> 7 days, there is for you … SPECIAL PRICES!
