Accommodation
This holiday apartment is a great place to enjoy a lovely holiday. The apartment is located on the ground floor. The living room (with underfloor heating) has a seating area and dining area. The sofa is easily transformed into a comfortable sofa bed, which guarantees an excellent night’s sleep. There is also a wide-screen TV. From the living room, you have a great view of the bobsled track and the chair lift on the Kappe mountain. The kitchen is equipped with all mod-cons, such as a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven and of course a coffee machine and kettle. In the bedroom, you’ll find a large, luxury box-spring bed. Babybed available. The 2. bedroom had a doublebed. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. The patio is lovely for sitting out to enjoy the sun.
House
The apartment is a new development in a small complex, with a view of the Veltins Arena. There is a storage area for skis and bikes.
Surrounding
A quiet accommodation in a central location. The centre of Winterberg is 20 minutes on foot. The Skikarussell Winterberg, the Erlebnispark and the Bikepark are within walking distance (a few minutes).
Kitchen towel set: €2.95 (per person), pay on site.

We ask for a deposit of € 100, – through a SEPA form. This will be sent to you in advance and will be filled in at check-in. With the SEPA form you give us authorization to deduct up to € 100, – if, for example, there is damage. If nothing is settled, the SEPA form will automatically lapse.
The rental price includes energy costs.
Bed linen, final cleaning and tourist tax are mandatory and can be found on your reservation overview and / or invoice.
Towels, kitchen textiles and children’s furniture can be rented separately on request.
