Accommodation
The renovated apartment is suitable for 4 guests and a baby. It is a great place to spend your holiday or a short break. In the living room, you’ll find a sofa bed (for 2 persons) and from the living room, you have access to the balcony. There is a bedroom with a double bed/boxspring bed. A travel cot and high chair are provided. The kitchen has a seating area. The kitchen is equipped with all mod cons, such as a cooker, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, Senseo coffee machine and a fridge with ice box. The bathroom has a shower, bath, toilet and washbasin. When you book, you will receive the SauerlandCard, offering free bus and train travel. In the summer months (April / October), you will receive the WinterbergCard Plus, offering you free entry to or discounts on activities and events. A washing machine and dryer are available.
Complex
The apartment is located on the ground floor and has a storage space for skis. There is room to park your car. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.
Surrounding
The apartment is situated in a quiet side street, almost next to the ski slopes, hiking trails, bike park and much more. A bicycle shed is under construction. The town centre is within walking distance and the bike park, ski carousel and bobsled track are not far away.

We ask for a deposit of € 100, – through a SEPA form. This will be sent to you in advance and will be filled in at check-in. With the SEPA form you give us authorization to deduct up to € 100, – if, for example, there is damage. If nothing is settled, the SEPA form will automatically lapse.
The rental price includes energy costs.
Bed linen, final cleaning and tourist tax are mandatory and can be found on your reservation overview and / or invoice.
Towels, kitchen textiles and children’s furniture can be rented separately on request.
