Accommodation
This partly renovated house is a wonderful holiday address. The cosy living room with open-plan kitchen and seating area offers various possibilities. The adjoining patio is lovely for sitting out and enjoying the sun. In the living room, you’ll find a flat-screen TV, radio, DVD player and a CD player. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, washbasin and hair dryer. A washing machine and dryer are provided.

The apartment is part of a small complex and located on the ground floor. There is space to park your car.
Surrounding area
This apartment is situated in a quiet residential area. It is only 5 minutes on foot from the Erlebnisberg Kappe, with bobsled track, bike park, summer toboggan run and climbing forest. The centre of Winterberg is also within walking distance. There is a great range of shops, boutiques, restaurants and bars. It is a great place for a meal, a drink and to relax. The Winterberg area offers a wide range of facilities for leisure and recreation.

We ask for a deposit of € 100, – through a SEPA form. This will be sent to you in advance and will be filled in at check-in. With the SEPA form you give us authorization to deduct up to € 100, – if, for example, there is damage. If nothing is settled, the SEPA form will automatically lapse.
The rental price includes energy costs.
Bed linen, final cleaning and tourist tax are mandatory and can be found on your reservation overview and / or invoice.
Towels, kitchen textiles and children’s furniture can be rented separately on request.
