A large holiday house with 3 floors. On the ground floor, you’ll find a ski storage room, a washing machine and a tumble dryer. On the first floor, there is a large kitchen with a dining table, seating 15 people. The living room has several seating areas and a flat-screen TV, with e.g. Dutch channels. On this floor, you also find 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. The other bedrooms and 2 small bathrooms are on the 2nd floor. There is free WiFi. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, oven, toaster, dishwasher and fridge. Pets are allowed.

The art village of Siedlinghausen has 2,100 inhabitants and is part of Winterberg. The mountain panorama of Siedlinghausen is impressive. The town has a supermarket, various eating facilities, a baker’s and a butcher’s.

We ask for a deposit of € 100, – through a SEPA form. This will be sent to you in advance and will be filled in at check-in. With the SEPA form you give us authorization to deduct up to € 100, – if, for example, there is damage. If nothing is settled, the SEPA form will automatically lapse.
The rental price includes energy costs.
Bed linen, final cleaning and tourist tax are mandatory and can be found on your reservation overview and / or invoice.
Towels, kitchen textiles and children’s furniture can be rented separately on request.
