For rent: our beautiful holiday home for groups up to 12 people (+2 babies) in Siedlinghausen-Winterberg. The distance to Winterberg is 10 kilometers. Around the house is a large garden with playground, trampoline, large terrace. For families with young children the location is ideal, because the house is at the end of a cul-de-sac.
The house has been refurbished, inside and outside.
The new kitchen (2013) is spacious and has a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, large fridge freezer, dishwasher. Further available: Senseo, coffee machine, kettle, blender, toaster.
In the dining room, which adjoins the living room, is a large table of 3 meters long, and also a soapstone wood stove. The living room has a large sofa, chairs, a TV with Dutch channels, DVD player, CD player. Adjacent, but separate, is a second sitting room with 2 sofas, chairs, plenty of toys for the kids, games, books, magazines.
In total there are 3 toilets, 2 separately. There are 2 bathrooms, one with a large shower and sink, the other bathroom has underfloor heating, a bath, a large shower, toilet and double sink.
In total there are six bedrooms, each with two single box springs (210 cm long) Extras: 3 cots.
Also present: Wi-Fi (free), heated basement for ski equipment, washing machine, dryer, ironing board.
In Siedlinghausen there are several restaurants, an outdoor pool, indoor pool, bakery, butcher, supermarket, pharmacy, tourist office.
Near the house you can take many walks, cycling, motorcycling.
The famous ski resort of Winterberg is close.
