Our house is on the outskirts of the nice town in the Sauerland Siedlinghausen, about 8 km from Winterberg. It stands on the edge overlooking Siedlinghausen and provides the tranquility you expect in this beautiful area. The house is situated along a small road where only dwellers on driving, so no fuss with traffic. In the immediate vicinity of the house all facilities, so there is not anything left for the car needs to be. Just a few minutes walk are a bakery, small supermarket, several restaurants and a lively center with various shops. On the outskirts of the village is a bigger supermarket. For sports people there are several hiking, cycling and mountain bike tours that start right behind the house. For some additional information you can always ask and we can advise you what a nice route.
There are also walking distance to an indoor and outdoor pool and tennis court. A nice playground for smaller children is a few minutes walk from here in the village. In short, the village has plenty of opportunities to enjoy a nice holiday.
Your enter in a spacious hall. From this hall can find the cozy living room with 3-seater, 2-seater sofa and feautuil. The living room has a TV with satellite reception and DVD player. Through the other side of the hall you will find the spacious bathroom with shower and toilet. This has recently been renewed.
From the living room you can eat in the dining area where 8 people with a large dining table. Here is also a wood stove that provides cozy warmth in the house.
From the dining room and the hall is the spacious kitchen. This is fully equipped including: ceramic hob with 4 burners, refrigerator, oven / microwave and dishwasher. Also, a large counter where they can work on. In addition, various devices ranging from: Toaster, coffee maker, kettle, coffee maker, juicer, blender and kitchen scales. From the kitchen you enter a hallway of where you come on deck. In the hallway is also a laundry room where a washer, dryer, freezer and a laser printer that can all be used. You can also shoes, boots and skis are stored. In the backyard is a nice sitting area created where with great appreciation can be seated outside. For the children there are both indoor and outdoor toys available. For if there is snow, there are a saucer sled and present that can be used.
On the first floor are three bedrooms and a spacious bathroom. Two bedrooms are equipped each with a double bed. On the other bedroom has 2 bunk beds. This room also has a TV with Nintendo and a PC with internet. The bathroom on this floor has a luxury shower, toilet and sink.
