The detached villa is in the picturesque village Silbach about 5 kilometers from the center of Winterberg and 2.5 km from the ski slopes. Silbach you experience much peace and space to enjoy your holiday. Less than 300 meters from the villa you will find a small grocery store – including a bakery and a slagerij-, ATM and two cozy restaurants with a bar. From the villa you can walk into the woods for taking walks or -when snow center lies for making cross-country skiing. Less than 5 minutes by car is the 9-hole course in Winterberg and Poppenberg which you can enter the ski resort of Winterberg and leads to the experience of the 27 runs.

The villa has four full-size double bedroom where a king-size box spring state. One bedroom is on the ground floor and is perfect for people who prefer to walk stairs. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet. The other three bedrooms are located one floor below. Of these, one bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom with a shower and sink.
