It is only a few minutes walk to the center of the city, Stephansplatz.

The apartment does not allow smoking and pets.
The apartment is on the 3rd Floor and is accessible by a lift. However, there are some steps in the house and in front of the apartment, so the apartment is not suitable for wheelchair users.
