Terms and Conditions:
Rental, arrival and departure:
The minimum – rental is 5 days. Rental onset is usually from 15 00 clock, rental end 11 00 clock. The precise arrival must be announced at time of booking (before 19 00 clock). Any other reservation requests can be catered for on request. In case of late arrival or early departure, no refund is granted amounts paid.
Number of people:
The specified when booking number of people must not be exceeded. Children count as adults. Likewise, a lease of the apartment is prohibited to third parties. In case of breach of this agreement, the landlord is entitled to cancel the stay immediately without compensation and to demand a surcharge for overcrowding.
Stay:
The tenant agrees to the resources entrusted Apartment to treat its furnishings and equipment with utmost care. The lessee guarantees for the other people staying in the apartment, the attention of the House Rules besondes in the following points:

The waste should be deposited in bags in the trash containers in the yard.
The use of electric heating or bring their own Cooking is prohibited.
Other:
Pets are not allowed.
It is absolutely no smoking in the apartment.
The use of musical instruments is not permitted.
Liability:
The owner is liable for the careful making the reservation and for the provision of the apartment. Case of force majeure or adverse conditions, the landlord reserves the right to terminate the contract. In this case, the liability to refund of the amount paid is limited. Arises in the apartment damage which is not related to normal wear and tear, the tenant is liable. He agrees to pay for the damage also after departure. Accompanying valuables (z. B. Laptop, jewelry, money, etc.) are not insured and the landlord is not liable for valuables that are left and stolen back during the stay in the apartment.
The tenant and his fellow travelers declare explicitly to use the apartment and all its objects, as well as the house’s own risk and the landlord from all derived from that recourse to indemnify.
